Cheap diet pills can easily be hard to come by. Oftentimes, you will find that the cheap diet pills don’t actually work. And when you buy expensive diet pills, there is no guarantee that it will actually work. When it comes to these diet pills, you find that you may hate the program you are on, and unfortunately, they are more prone to cause side effects than anything else! Among the most popular of sexual enhancement products, ExtenZe is the first one to claim to also produce a product for women. They claim that their female enhancement pill will work just as their male enhancement pill works for men. They claim that ExtenZe in general will stomp out the competition. But we have to wonder, the way to male enhancement is seemingly relatively direct. There are plenty of male enhancement pills out there, all claiming to give you the same benefits and effects.

But what about female enhancement? Is it the same? Do you use the same ingredients? Or do you use something entirely different? I mean obviously, having a larger penis isn’t the way to go for women, being that….ya. But women generally speaking might want larger breasts, fuller breasts, and otherwise an enhanced experience in general terms. So would the same ingredients work the same way for both sexes? ExtenZe doesn’t really address this. They talk about a female sexual enhancement pill. But they don’t actually list any ingredients for them.

But if you’re looking at the male enhancement formula, they have a number of ingredients very specific to men. They stimulate the growth of testosterone, which would obviously be detrimental to a female if anything. However, they also have some other ingredients that could promote greater blood flow and otherwise energy to either sex. So it’s not all bad. We are assuming their female formula took out the testosterone based ingredients and replaced them with those like soy. However, either way, if you look at their blend, they use absolutely tiny amounts, and some of the ingredients have nothing at all to do with sexual enhancement in the first place.

So realistically speaking, if you don’t want to see results, you would do well to use one of the Extenze products based on your sex. However, if you actually want to see sexual enhancement results for men, you should try a product called Orexis.


Sweat Smells - September 22nd, 2009

I’m embarrassed today, first day at 24 hour fitness and working out hard real hard. Now it is natural to sweat we all know that, but what about the kind of sweat that is running down your clothes, your legs, under your arms, its running down and people are looking at you as if you just went swimming or took a shower. I smelled so bad I know I scared away the girl who was running next to me on the treadmill. Next time I plan on increasing the deodorant and looking into some towels to wipe myself down during my workout. I felt a bit out of place because nobody else was really sweating the way  I was is this some odd medical condition.  Hope not! One thing is for sure, I was a stink pot and I  went home feeling nasty and as if I didn’t want to go back. My husband even said that I smelled real bad and not in a joke way. I have got to figure out what I can do about the sweat. The gym has showers there but I am in such fear of athletes foot I didn’t take one on site. I am going to do some research tonight and see what is out there for us smelly sweaty people.


Get in Gear - September 21st, 2009

I was looking at some old pictures of myself, and it brought back so many good memories, but it also reminded me of how small and thin I use to be. The type of thin that looks good in a bikini, the type of thin that fits into skinny jeans and cute blouses. Now I am just a plump blob of lard, I am not sure if having children did this to me or just my pure laziness or just some of both. But I have got to get myself in gear! I went out and bought some yoga mats, and yoga balls, and a new cute pink bike and even some tops and biker shorts. Maybe if I have all new stuff to boost my confidence I will actual get out there and do it. I have to find a gym to go to still, and get some support from friends but I believe this time I am in it for the long haul. Especially since I spent well over 150 on gym items and clothes. My husband may not like it if I were to give up after spending so much money and at Target at that. I am off to a good start my energy is high and my spirit is well rounded so here I go ready to sweat mark set go.


Turn Back Time - September 10th, 2009

I canno’t believe has time has changed my body. Just the other day I had this gorgeous eighteen year old body, and then on into my twenties I thought I was the next best thing to Goldie Hawn. What happen to the time? Now I just look like a flabby twinkie. I have started an exercise routine, my friend swears by Slim Fast and Slim Fast meal replacements and other diet alternatives. But I am on a healthy role of eating a Vegeterian based diet and exercise. I have lost some inches in my stomach and thighs and hope to lose more over the next few months. Maybe in time for Christmas that would be a sure blessing. To fit back into my holiday dress would be amazing.  I know my husband use to think that sexy black gown was to die for  he use to talk about me for days to his friends after I wore that one. Now I prefer to wear baggy shirts and sweats to hide the under layers of flab and twinkies.  I do not even know what I ate to get this way or how this really happened. I was always really a healthy eater but maybe it was my pregnanies to four kids and then on top of that I got a little lazy after there birth. Well I hope to start on the right foot and lose the weight here we go..


Cellulite - September 9th, 2009

It seems cellulite is just a part of being a woman no matter how skinny or overweight you are it just seems to follow you like a magnet. I have tried everything possible to get rid of the cellulite on my thighs it is near impossible. I have asked doctors for their ideas and they say its all in the diet, salt and exercise. Why is it though no matter how much I restrict the salt, diet and exercise that same flabby cellulite sits on my thigh. I think once its there, possible there is no return back. If I could turn back the hands of time I bet I would of just watched my diet salt and exercise before this happened, I think its irreversible. They have so many creams and magical pills and the fact is this doesnt get to the root of the problem. Which goes back to your salt intake your diet and exercise. So ladies give it up! Lets just face the fact that we are beautiful cellilute creatures and our men must just deal with the sight of your lovely delicious flabby thighs and stomachs. After all we are lovely no matter what and what a little skin damage, I guess nothing when we should be judged on our inner beauty.


Just Walk - September 4th, 2009

Walking is a very low impact exercise, and one that most people can do easily. Just pick your feet up and get moving! Walking burns more calories as jogging but is easier on most of your joints. You choose your walking speed, put on your best tennis shoes and just pick up and go there is nothing as simple. Walking increases your metabolism, its a fact that as you age your metabolism slows down, so give your old metabolism a kick in the behind and revive it. Walking reduces your appetite, its true! It has a slight suppressing effect on when your hungry and when your not hungry. If you find your appetite increases it’s more likely that your just thirsty, so grab some water and drink up. My suggestion is to walk five days a week for at least 45 minutes a day, this will assure you stay in the fat burning zone and your not over working yet working at a decent pace to have fat burning potential. In six weeks you will notice you are firmer, more in shape and most important feel better. Self esteem matters, and if walking can help give you a boost of confidence than go for it. My favorite place to walk is the park, there is a real nice trail there so find your spot and keep up the routine. You can do  it!

Playing With Your Kids - September 3rd, 2009

Now that me child is older I realize you can burn the best calories with just playing with your kids. It’s the best exercise I can do without neglecting my time with her. We go outside daily sometimes we go for a walk to the park or just a stroll around the neighborhood. The best exercise for me is having fun just being active. We play games like hide-n-seek or basketball. Even sometimes playing soccer kicking around the ball is fun for her and exercises for me. I have started noticing that some parents don’t take time to play with their kids. I really think it is important it builds your relationship as your child gets older. Someday they will remember those special times playing, joking, taking trips. I remember playing with my parent’s maybe that’s why I love playing with her so much I understand the impotents. Looking at her smile, laughing, knowing she’s having fun really means a lot. So if you’re a parent trying to burn fat but really don’t have the time or money. If your like me can’t afford a trainer or buy a membership at a fitness club. I think you should really try this it will help you lose a few pounds and build a great bond with your kids.

 


Whole Foods Market - September 3rd, 2009

Whole Foods Market, my favorite place to shop! All that delicious healthy organic food, when you walk in there its like the place just smells good. I don’t know what gives off the great smell but I am thinking its all the flowers and terrific vegetables and fruits. The place just smells like a dream. I never like store deli food but there I can shop till I drop. I am in food haven at Whole Foods Market. They also have a great selection of vitamins, and haircare products.  Here’s my sin, the chocolate aisle, the dark chocolate is divine the real organic cocoa makes my mouth water. If I am going to get fat from Whole Foods Market count me in for the dark chocolate. I have told myself that I need to try to skip that aisle, it’s really hard though when you have an addiction like I do to dark chocolate. Now, granted the prices at Whole Foods Market are steep but I think it’s worth every penny to get the quality and freshness that they put forth, plus I think there customer serivce is excellent. How many times can you go to a store and they ask you if you want ice on your meat? Not many I can think of, I’m off for now it’s time to head to my favorite store.

I Feel Fat - September 2nd, 2009

Okay, ladies you know when is that time of month that feeling that overcomes you. The never ending bloating, cramps and don’t forget the cravings. Well it happened today not just the normal cravings these were the type that send you down to the Walmart line for 1 hour no mater how long or how much it is you have to have it icecream. Okay, it went deeper than that not just ice cream! I wanted pickles, chips, donuts, you name it I wanted it. I feel 10 IBS heavier today I am sure I did gain some weight. I have always wondered how much you gain while on your cycle, what a shame that we are so unlucky to have this problem. I realize that water weight gain is a factor but the way I crave there is no way I am losing this just from natural circumstances. So today I decided will start to go to the park and run instead of eating. It actually works just run and all of a sudden the cravings are just gone. For now on this is the best tactic to curing those super fatty urges to period cravings. Run until you don’t think about it any longer. Wishing you ladies the best and hope this works for you too.
