Okay, ladies you know when is that time of month that feeling that overcomes you. The never ending bloating, cramps and don’t forget the cravings. Well it happened today not just the normal cravings these were the type that send you down to the Walmart line for 1 hour no mater how long or how much it is you have to have it icecream. Okay, it went deeper than that not just ice cream! I wanted pickles, chips, donuts, you name it I wanted it. I feel 10 IBS heavier today I am sure I did gain some weight. I have always wondered how much you gain while on your cycle, what a shame that we are so unlucky to have this problem. I realize that water weight gain is a factor but the way I crave there is no way I am losing this just from natural circumstances. So today I decided will start to go to the park and run instead of eating. It actually works just run and all of a sudden the cravings are just gone. For now on this is the best tactic to curing those super fatty urges to period cravings. Run until you don’t think about it any longer. Wishing you ladies the best and hope this works for you too.
