Yeah, I said it why not you have to do chores anyway. So burn some calories too I’m not sure about you but lately it has been a workout. I start out in the morning with breakfast then washing dishes. You can really work arms out. Now by just busting those scuds washing your pans plus dishes can really help your arms. After about 20-30 mins my arms are just tired. But I keep moving next mop that floor play some tunes then start working out that mop. I have 2 rooms to mop after moving everything around I have started breaking a sweat. This is the sign you when need to keeping burning fat. Next, I bring out the vacuum start picking toys, food anything that is on the floor after that I start. By the time I finish all of this I’m tired out sweating. But, don’t give up hit the bedrooms clean up get laundry ran it downstairs or fast pace walk it to your washer. When it’s over you should feel like you had a workout these chores of mine usually takes 2 to 2 ½ hours to do every other day.
